Based on my experience of the conversation I believe the investment makes sense if you’re in the six figure net range (and up of course), like I am.

Since these properties are on the low-mid price range, and buyers of these properties might have below average credit, would selling these properties using seller financing be a good exit?

Does Pay Range require an internet connection? 

It may be for rehab price ultimately because I think the lot price for new construction is in the un 20K range for now.

. - Pets have free range of the homes, just like my pet does at home :).
