. ;) The Dallas story is Fortune 500 companies relocating, central location, strong infrastructure and logistics hub (headquarters of American Airlines, DFW Airport). 

Location to the job hubs is still critical and people are also not thinking, what if they want a different job?

So as excited as I am about Providence's great architecture, restaurants, proximity to sailing hubs and livability, I don't think it's good enough for me to pay that fee :)Hopefully by next week I might have sorted this one

The reason I say Virginia Beach is Cyclical/Hybrid is because we are an economic hub of sorts but we aren't big as say California.
