So far My card looks very plain.

My question was "what income stream will pay your rent and all of your expenses when you get sick?" 

For me, an operator who would include that and explain it/contrast it against the plain occupancy number as part of their top line pitch would immediately move to the top of the stack for me.

Personally sick of it at this point, feels boring to me but it beats a beige tone without question.

Either thru utilities, food or plain old write a check. 

Every day you are sick, lazy or need to tend to your family is a day you won't make money.
