Hey BP members,I'm exploring the idea of building a SFR in Los Osos / Cayucos area in the California Central Coast.

I am in Los Angeles with a lot of old/period homes with masonry or brick foundations.

I recently completed a project where we purchased a 4-plex in Los Angeles, did a major renovation and then sold the units individually to separate buyers who purchased as Tenants in Common (TIC).

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Los Angeles.

Maybe, there are some lakes to fish in, but other than going to movie theaters I did not see many things to do.In California, you can go ski in the snow less than 2 house from Los Angeles and go jet ski on a lake on the same day.

Originally from Vermont and Massachusetts and Pennsylvania I now reside in Los Angeles, CA.

I have a friend who is house hacking in South Jordan (my investing is in Los Angeles). 

A property is located in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles and the lease will expire in November.

Where I am based:I am based in Los Angeles California but will be investing in the Kansas City / suburb areas with the BRRRR strategy.
