As for the cities further out east - I haven't done any detailed analysis on them besides perusing MLS.

Here's a nice short post for your perusal  - ha ha, as if I could do short... :-)if you don't even have an application yet, I think you should stop everything and regroup.Since you haven't dealt with anyone in person yet, it would be easy to just say, we received such an enormous response, we are reevaluating the rent and will repost a new ad when we have made our decision.  

You need to evaluate the risk/reward/time value of perusing that.

Without a lawyer's perusal, we can tell that what they're doing is registered and legal.

Hi All,I spent a ton of time perusing the state and county websites to try and find info about getting an eviction list.

Unfortunate for the tenant, obviously the bank screwed up and the tenant will have to peruse the situation through them and the police.
