I was listing to “Good to Great” by Jim Collins on the way into my W2 today and the author mentioned something that I have been thinking about ever since I heard it…He mentioned the concept of when building a project/business, hiring the people in the right seats FIRST, and then beginning the work on your vision with them as your team SECOND.
