Do any of you set up basic security for your rehabs and vacant rentals.  Maybe using a Wifi hotspot and ring doorbell or other similar features?   If so can you tell me what vendors you use and what setup you use?

So, when the government mandates some new thing they want us all to buy, like solar panels, back-up cameras in our cars, maternity care in our health insurance, etc., etc. do they really stop to think about what they are adding to the cost of living? 

Nobody is going to be able to come back & say James Wise went on camera telling everyone it's sunshine & rainbows lol.

Schedule an appointment with the owner to see the property and use a camera to take as many pictures as you can!

I've been through this exact situation where Roto Rooter (the one and only) came out and gave me this spiel after some dog and pony joke of an investigative effort with their camera.
