Hi,I have an anonymous investor who needs to deploy millions into brick and mortar gas stations as well as 12,000 mobile homes asap.

Who will be paying water, gas, electric, landscaping, etc during those 6 weeks?

It sits on less than half an acre next to a gas station, auto dealer, etc.

I also have a Costco Anywhere Visa, which offers 4% cash on gas purchases, 3% cash on restaurants and travel, 2% at Costco and 1% everywhere else.

I'm struggling with the same issue right now for my portfolio where my cleaners are basically resigning in November citing lack of help and the travel distance with gas prices on the rise...

The quote was for $3,700 for replacement of the heater component (gas-fed furnace?).  

I got cold feet after the inspection revealed issues in the bottom unit including the 2 gas space heaters not functioning (going into winter), the flooring caving into a sinkhole in the kitchen without the ability to determine cause, and all the drains outside leading to the sewer were collapsed causing fear of flooding.

Gas and electric are not on separate meters for the 2 units. 

The exception to this are stoves/ovens that can extremely greasy and dirty if not taken care of, which will cause problems with igniters, and gas valves.
