Seems like they are doing a fantastic job of marketing a product that has amazing potential but isn't fully there. 

Almost every dollar I make (active or passive) has a job when it hits my bank account.

if there is lots of interest, they can say to you "that's a nice list of 'issues' your inspector found - give me asking price, or find another property. i'm not making any repairs or lowering the price."

From that perspective, this is a pretty nice exchange.

And my rentals there are cash flowing nice, but it's taking some time to getting it occupied, and I also found out that I need to make sure that the tenant is paying for the water, because the water bills are really high over there.I will keep you all posted along my journey, and I hope I could help you friends.

At my day job (non-RE), we have a recurring vendor that charges us about $150K/month.
