@Nikhil Agarwal you are pretty much correct.First, EVERYONE seems to think S8 is the answer to everything - but, it's not.1) There are only so many tenants with S8 vouchers, at most 1/3 of Detroit tenants = lots of competition for them2) So, S8 tenants have choices and usually pick good areas to live in.3) From our experience, S8 tenants have higher incidences of damaging properties than general tenant population.
