maybe that one on the other unit is the only one and never changed when the unit became a 2 family. if you have a slop sink in the basement, or even your laundry hookup, you can hook a hose up to them. ( best bet is the laundry hook up )

They paid for the space and it helped offset total costs.Plenty of free time to sight see too.At the end there was a nice dinner and awards.Topics, legal environment, hosing programs, sales and leasing, rehab, development and redevelopment, local demands and marketing, etc.

What I found when reading around was that the steel piers cost about $100 more per pier, but they are hydraulically driven down to a stable substrate.
