I want to state something as, about the marketing plan that has to be made to sell vacant apartments as, there are several classified sites that are very good enough to place ads addressing your country, city or place and then highlighting the area or the category where you make to place an add which really helps you to get your vacant apartments to get sell, also you will get lot of people with their interests of buying that apartments.If you require some list of best classifieds then I can provide you which will serve you the best.Thanks!

Especially that first exterior picture, which is the "first impression" of the property.It's clearly a great rehab, so it may be worth paying $100-200 to find a professional real estate photographer to get some great pictures that really highlight the positive attributes of the property.I'm also not thrilled with the copy, though I'm not sure that would make or break the listing.
