Its hard to know the ROI because its unlikely if a tenant likes the rest of the house they will not rent it because of this, but also I want this to be a house they enjoy and not have a frustration like this everyday causing them to want to move out sooner.

Being in the business, three things I'd look for are:1) What is their response rate like (Do they return emails and calls within a couple hours or sooner)? 

Our dream is to open a gym, and I envision that our real estate investing will provide the income and freedom to make that happen.

Is it a 3br 2ba with a pool, gym, dedicated parking, and 5 minutes from the arts district?

I'm big on cash on cash return because they way I look at it, the faster I get that money back, the sooner I can buy another property.Hope this helps.

I'm halfway through the course to get a Real Estate License in Texas and suspect I should complete the course within the next 4 weeks or sooner.

It peaked my interest so at night from 930 to 1130pm almost no one at the gym.

Probably a lot sooner than you think!

While I wish we had gotten started sooner, at the end of the day you have to be ready for spending your first day replumbing the laundry room, and the other other responsibilities of home ownership.
