So basically if I can invest in LA, I would have but at this moment there is just no way I am going to take on such a big gamble on a slowing market.

The only way for me is now research on the internet or call my relatives and friends that lives in those states but yet alot of times they dont live in the specific area which I think might be profitable.

I don't really need a fax machine yet... but wouldn't sending it on the internet kind of amount to the same thing as a email?
