Ok so we just bought a house in Fruit Heights UT that has a mother in law apartment.

A guy who has been doing this for less than 5 years, as go-getter and ambitious as he might be, really doesn't have the experience to give solid advice in this arena simply because he hasn't really lived to see the fruits of his labor.  

I recently wholsaled a deal to someone in California and they are still enjoying the fruits from the deal.
