Would the person who takes on more labor to repair the property have greater preferred equity or is this usually treated differently?

I don't just hand over money unless I have a good respect for the person. 

We have been able to get some great deals simply by doing extra research that the average person wasn't willing to do.

I see these threads come up from time to time and no one mentions the lawsuit we are all most likely to have filed against us if our cars are titled in our personal name, the auto accident.

I personally owned a rental there for 7 years, but I just recently sold it.

Any suggests from your personal experience would be greatly appreciated!

Compliance states there is no way to remediate this unless a new file is created. lender credit is 6900 which is the seller concession and no COC can be issued for “incorrect” lender credits.

It's like the person who goes and buys a bigger tv because it's 40% off when you had a perfectly working tv.

I had a “lender” tell me he’d give me a personal loan with a fixed 4% rate on a 30 year term at whatever amount I wanted because he would like to “build a relationship” with me. 

Personally I like the Section 8 program when the property is located in a super poor area with a ton of blight and crime.
