Plus, you can easily set it up within the Airbnb to synchronize the listing calenders - so if someone books X, then XYZ listing gets blocked for those dates and visa versa.

Keep in mind on BP wholesaling without a license is encouraged by many so they will see nothing wrong with advertising something they dont own.. they will claim equitable interest vis a vi a contract in place.. will be interesting to see how your state reacts to all of this.Lastly some of the absolute biggest profits made in real estate is owning and selling land in the path of progress thats were true millions are made just like what happened to you folks.

Stop spending, turn on keystone pipeline/coal/nuclear, cut off illegal immigration,  tune up immigrant work visas, tune up white collar immigration.
