I rounded a corner and almost ran into someone!

Hi All,I am new to BP and this is my first post.I am just getting my feet wet and located in Detroit, MI.

I'll see if I can round up some local recommendations for a mortgage broker and see what they have to say.Its not as rural around here as it used to be - its all subdivisions and commercial development everywhere ... though the traffic still doesn't hold a candle to the traffic in DC :)Thanks,Amy

It appears they calculate the daily interest based on a 365 day/year calculation of the APR, then they round to the nearest penny.

Just because you recently installed it doesnt make the next go round any cheaper. 

Mine is a garage conversion, which is being converted to 350 sq feet of living space. 

I am a relatively new investor that has gotten my feet wet by using my own savings to buy my first deal. 

You're investing that kind of money so what's the cost of a round trip plane ticket?

I'm also new and in NJ (though a little south of you guys in Monmouth County) and looking to get my feet wet.

If yes then I would highly consider doing the deal and get your feet wet.
