I agree with other comments though, that it should not be the main criteria for selecting a CPA.

I tend to agree, I hate to lose all of my passive income just to eliminate my primary mortgage. just out of curiosity, what makes you say that an HOA is a hindrance?

We can also help sell it if we can't agree to terms.  

I agree, i just hired a property manager for 2 rentals i own and they use buildium.

I do agree that MA is very expensive and hard to find anything reasonable.

They just want to take.I also don't agree that the only way to help someone is to respond with something nice or helpful.

., so you have some good advice here and I agree that you should go look at local lenders if you are buying locally.

Will the 6% you agree to pay a Realtor be a good return on investment versus the Buyer pool that you get exposed to. 80% of buyers will use a realtor.Lastly, a few years back I had an agent approach me to list my home and he was willing to take a 2% commission.  He was a newer realtor and I had experience reviewing offers because I’m a full-time loan officer.

The problem with these set ups is you agree to keep your mouth shut if things go bad, but be an advocator if things go well.That's in the language when you deal some of these turnkey folks.
