First for all of those questioning the current posting students, go and see this post, it is over a year old and has comments from all over the country from seasoned BP members and pros about Chris and his organization:https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/79/topics/153...Hence if you don't want to believe what this current thread offers relative to Real Wealth, Chris and their credibility read what non-students have posted about this organization from that post.Secondly, I have been a member on this forum since 2011:  Member since February 1, 2011 (last active 1 minute ago)and although I am not an active poster I have used this site endless times to find information and seek advice.

There's an endless amount of situations that it could be.A lot of people will say only buy on cap rate and while that is probably true most of the time, there's plenty of deals where you CANNOT buy based on cap rate and actually expect to win the deal.
