Pulling out the out should not be an issue, just make sure the shower drain pan is disconnected from the drain.

I have heard it is a drain, but Ken McElroy notes on his podcast that PM experience is invaluable and I have the time to do so. 

Rice is one of the biggest offenders as it expands once in drain past disposal unit.

Either burn off the existing fuel in the furnace , or drain it , or give the fuel away .

Homeowner's insurance did cover the flood in my basement - sump pump drain emptied next to the foundation and water came right back in. 

If you find the right deal, your living expenses will be cut drastically so it doesn't have to be a huge drain on your finances - just something to think about beforehand.

If you need a Storm drain installed or Office walls torn down and replaced, fewer contractors and you have to fit their schedule since you're a small player.

Even thinking about "what ifs" with an applicant is a big emotional drain on landlords and those who fill units for a living.As far as pets go, I would recommend being decisive on what you will accept and what you won't.
