@Bryan Thompson  master plans are at city or county planning offices and now a days with computers and data bases you can usually get them right on the computer if you know how to use it correctly.. ( which for me is always a challenge and I hire peoples to do that  LOL )

I know everyone time is important so if someone is willing to help me out and mentor me I will be willing to work for them for free or help them with and technology problem because I am really good with computers its actually what I do for the company I work for now in the IT department. 

If I new how to put pictures up on BP I would show you I have them in my phone... never could figure out how to get them from the phone onto a computer then from there to somewhere else..

I'm looking for some advice regarding education, books to read, areas of expertise to invest some time and specialize in etc...I am currently an aspiring landlord working a computer tech job full time investing in rentals.
