In no way did I do anything deceiving or fraudulent.

The original developer of the area was the same person who fraudulently sold lots and had cabins situated on wrong lots and other major encroachment issues in Lones Branch Resort, Douglas Lake Resort, and to a lesser extent, the subdivision you're referring to Eagle Springs.

At this time, I have over 150 notes in the Dallas area where the borrower submitted fraudulent application information to obtain the loan, and I will file fraud charges if the borrower wanted to go that route, or I will give them a chance to walk away.

@Pat Marco,Here in Texas the judges are wise to owners of LLCs that put fraudulent liens on their proprieties in order to be upside down so know one will sue them, and I see that all the time where some lawyers will advise their clients to create a fraudulent lien to protect their asset and when I do my due diligence, I find the truth very quickly.
