@Ezra Nugroho all 3 were clean and paint. 2 had new gas furnaces from last owner, 1 had central air. all 3 had off street parking. 

So I would think that any good cleaning company could come and do a deep clean after a 3 month stay just like you would with a LTR tenant flip.There should be a ton of cleaners in that area.

I have cleaning services and handymen/contractors and live near the property. 

Depending on the type of glue they used you might even have to get a grinder and get the floor clean again.

Me knowing I am going to clean up while watching all the low level Realtors lose their minds over these NAR lawsuits. 

I recently pulled and cleaned a list to direct mail that I really liked..

It reached all the way to the ground... at least that was clean ice!

Were you able to get title insurance and did/will you be able to get a clean title?

I know that most people who OWN a property and put it on airbnb claim the income on Schedule E ("passive income"), which avoids having to pay the 15.3% self-employment tax.I'm wondering if those who are practicing rental arbitrage by renting the place that they list on airbnb also claim the income on Schedule E, or if you claim it on Schedule C bc you don't own the place that you're listing on airbnb.Whether you own or rent the property that you list on Airbnb, the activities are the same: acquiring the property, furnishing it, activating utilities, listing it on Airbnb, hiring cleaning services, etc, etc.

We have a STR that will be weekly during the summer, so that cleaning, etc., is more easily plannable for us.
