I'm not sure what most people do to fulfill this requirement, but my personal plan is to actually move to Delaware to fulfill the role myself.I would also note that there is a thing called a Series DST, which allow you to pay the $500 fee once and then create arbitrarily many "child" DSTs that distinct owners and distinct liabilities.

This DST allows for a series trust, basically encapsulating each property into its own "bubble" (child series) of protection. 

My wife will likely not work after the move as child care for two kids almost makes working pointless.
