I cut the wholesaler out.

We all know the type of landlords that dont screen tenants, they're horrible and usually dont take care of their properties.

My landscape boys on hte other hand were smoking while cutting my grass probably at about $12/hr.

I suggest examining that carefully.

I don't care about keeping the business account at this point.  

Could probably cut that down a little but I tend to underwrite conservatively. 

I’d much rather create that reality than simply cutting down our costs and deleting all of our passive income.
