A walk through will be evident as black mold will be noticeable right away by smell, visible, or physical symptoms (hard to breathe, headache, etc).

From reading books and listening to podcast it seems highly success people wake up and do three things: get their mind right (meditation or listen to a podcast or book), get their body right (physical exercise to wake up and get blood flowing), and get focused on the top tasks they want to accomplish that day.

Have not worked with them, but the areas in your title vs body are very different- silverstar I’d be very careful investing in if unfamiliar with the area, so if that’s what they are selling you make sure to really do your due diligence

I put all new flooring in the upper level of their unit, its a bi-level duplex, and the bedrooms are in the basement, which has carpeting, as did my side, but I tore my carpet out due to years of dog urine never cleaned out of it, which soaked into the cement and even after enzyme cleaning and layers of scent sealing paint and then vinyl plank flooring, I can still smell it in the damp weather.

First couple months were fine, then garbage started piling up outside, smell of weed was coming into my house, constant traffic all day/night, beer bottles thrown in my yard, etc.
