The biggest reason that I have not invested in real estate is, "who to believe?.

My tenant of 1 year just moved out recently (work transfer), but during the move-out inspection we found that one of the 10X10 bedroom has all four side of the wall covered in screw holes from the time they used it as a computer room (I believe the holes were from the sound deadening foam that they used to attach to the wall) So I was wondering what would seem to be a fairly reasonable cost to be deducted from their Security Deposit for the excessive holes and needing to repaint.

I explained to Edward that I don't believe in paying for services that I have yet to receive.

My father has also just generally gotten worn out, I believe, from being a self managed landlord and one man maintenance show for all of those units for the past 30+ years. 

Well now I know he trained with Ron LeGrand so I believe he is doing the same program. 

There was a list of who those parties were; I believe it’s on that government’s website.

It does seem that many believe dealing with condos is more of a headache and money pit than anything else.

@James Wise from Holton-Wise Property Group has a TV show on his website labeled "Tenants from Hell" and I believe they are mostly Section 8 tenants.
