Let us define, "Wholesaler" again: A person or entity(company) that buys houses or buildings in quantity and offers them for sale at discounted prices.If you are a person while enough or allot of money and can buy allot of houses and sell those houses at discounted prices then you are a true Wholesaler.

Most special form policies allot for this type of exposure, but if you're not on a special form type policy, you could be without coverage completely. 

THEN ALLOT OF TIME AND HARD HARD WORKLIKE ANY BUSINESS REAL ESTATE INVESTING REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE, INTELLIGENCE, IMAGINATION, DEDICATION, DEVOTION, FORTITUDE, PERSISTENCE, AND A LITTLE OR ALLOT OF LUCK  AS WELL AS ALLOT OF EFFORT AND YES SOONER OR LATER MONEY AND ENOUGH MONEY OTHERWISE YOU JUST ARE NOT GOING TO LAST.

Yes they should do their own DD, but if the wholesaler was honest, truly honest, then it would not have put the end buyer in this position.I prefer to sleep at night and believe in karma.I see this now allot in the note field.
