One big reason is vendors moving into the area (the region is home to Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, and J.B.

Imagine you are a car dealer or an RV dealer, or Walmart.

I keep telling people that Walmart sells paint for so dirt cheap it's not even funny!

They are going to put a Walmart in. 

After a short conversation they are most often eliminated and we move on to the next one-to me that's not even a 'rejection' they should not have responded to the ad (I am a pregnant-soon to be single mom who works as a cashier at Walmart).

Even if you go to walmart's website and go to a particular product page or your cart it doesn't show you the true price including tax and shipping until you get into checkout.It's interesting that all the vitriol is directed at Airbnb for this when basically every website in the country does it the same way.
