I currently teach Software Development for a coding bootcamp in Salt Lake City.

I'm newly in to the wholesaling business, and I'm located in Lake Jackson.

I've been to a few of the SLREIA meetings around salt lake and a few of their lunches.

I have a deal in West valley/ salt lake Ut area that I would be able to carry the loan and manage but I am in need of the down payment.

There is a casual monthly meetup this Thursday at 6:00 at Buffalo Brothers on Lake Boone Trail.

So guys like me and you who want to ride there bikes, coach tee ball, and spend more time on the lake can't we have to work (at least I do).  

Right now my wife and I are with a little boutique firm here in Lake Oswego called Soldera.. and the owners are all like minded and all do investment's and develop and build.. so there is no conflict with them and the managing broker is an attorney as well so she keeps us well grounded...Of course they won't let me deal with the public at all !!!

., and I found something that I ran across in Lake Worth area as well (they are SFHs and leased individually).
