My SFH in Northwest Arkansas was listed on all the major platforms (Zillow, Realtor, Facebook Marketplace, apartments.com, hotpads, etc...) in the last week in Jan 2024.

As the title reads, what’s the best platforms the BP community recommends for collecting rent, screening tenants, and anything else needed.

I bought  a new construction with the Renttoretirement (RTR) platform in Nov-Dec'23 and regretting it big time!

Has anyone used the OnDeck or Fundbox platform for a business loan?

Websites like Meetup.com often list such gatherings, and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn may have groups dedicated to real estate networking in your area.

One thing I am trying to do with my platforms is educate people on how the business works.

Just to be clearer, I don't mean the method that tenants set up the autopay or Zelle in his bank account, but some method, app or digital platform, that debits the payment from tenant’s bank account at some specific date of each month, and It sends it to my bank account.
