Currently putting most my money in Peerstreet, Yieldstreet and do some lending to people who buy fine wines in London.

Either offer a few bucks or maybe buy a few brewski's or nice bottle of wine and call it good =)

Much like when you see bottles of Wine..

having lived in the CA wine country most of my life.. the exact same can be said for those with the romantic idea of becoming Vintners...Hardscrable life... and in the prime Wine regions dominated by the rich..

I don't mean I have to be involved with your deals.. you can just use my volume to get ahead of the competition there.. you would owe me dinner and a fine bottle of wine is all next time I am in FLA  we buy in Orlando so no conflict with you

So, no attempt to alter anyone's strategy ... just, maybe, hopefully helping articulate how some of these crazy appreciation-favoring folks are behaving rationally and objectively with the same risk-aversion of others.This stuff is more fun to discuss with a glass of wine in hand...

Plus, when I delivered the 30 day notice in person I also delivered a bottle of wine to smooth over any hard feelings.
