I'm hype, homie!

I am trying to avoid something that's primarily hype and "why you should invest in real estate...its the best thing since sliced bread" feel to the book.

The concept of 'assigning a contract' is not well known in the real world and many see this as a brokerage unless you can ACTUALLY close of the purchase side.The concept of wholesaling is an instant draw, just like the 'no money down' hype.

From what I hear, people that do it are a lot more talk and hype than actual closed deals.

I don't buy into the hype.

However, if they pitch you a deal, and you have no idea, and are 'sold on it,' it might not be a worthy investment and you may be buying into the hype of a syndicator...The more researched you can be, the better.

Watching calisthenics athletes pull off incredible bodyweight feats to some hype up music makes me visualize what is possible and what perfect form looks like.

I just think the majority of things out there right now are hyped and everyone is trying to get into the game right now.

Though I know everyone is hyped up with all that's going on, it's probably best to wait, let's see what's coming down the pike, and try to find solutions once the dust settles.
