And if you do buy the most expensive one you can find with the radio and waterfalls and LED lights and all that stupid crap to entertain the guests. 

It runs to the Unit above and is a relic from the past; it would have been used to supply gas lights.

There is some light value add left, but not much.

The cool weather of fall will be here soon and many insects/rodents try to find their way indoors when the weather changes.

The flip is pretty minor, list of what is needed is: paint, floors, carpet, vanities in 2 bathrooms, replace counter tops with granite, appliance package, replace all ceiling fans, lights and fixtures, replace all outlets. 

, emergency lighting, handicap accessible entrance, accessible bathrooms, etc

That way they don't call you to come replace a light bulb.    

New light fixtures in almost every room.

After our helpful movers and my cleaning lady left, I attempted to light all of the electric stove burners (stove was harvest gold, most likely from the 1970's).
