I own a high-demand business that I've been planning on selling anyway but that sale will take a minimum of 6 months, so I can't use that for the initial purchase.

I'm struggling to generate extra lead flow from builders, mostly because it's so difficult to identify folks that are doing ground up, business purpose construction.

I just don’t know DSCR loans are great ways to scale your business, but they're not without pitfalls.
