There are other products on the market that may be worth looking at like a 5% down, I think it is a Bank of England product.

I'm focusing mostly on the Des Moines, Iowa, metro but with my new assignment, I can see myself trying to enter into the DC metro which I'm confident will be very difficult.I need to spend some more time researching and building a network of like minded/motivated individuals.Also, I'm a HUGE fanatic of football (proper, so soccer for everyone else) and have enjoyed my time here in England going to over 75 matches in the last year alone. 

I am also a New Englander and do some work in NH on the title side of things.  

At the moment, I'm working for a property management firm based in South Burlington that primarily works with commercial real estate across the New England region.

A house should be half to 3/4 complete by now.....at least in New England.
