Sure, it takes some more work, to categorize spending (which actually takes little time and makes you well aware of what you are spending) and giving all of your dollars a 'job'... but as I a-test and they have discovered, it is well worth the effort and well worth $50/year.I have used YNAB since the start of 2014, both their desktop and now online based version and I am happy to spend $50/year on something that enables us to live with minimal financial stress and gives us the ability to get laser focused on financial goals.

I think that there are two camps trying to make this change.The PC camp is trying to make the change because the word is allegedly gendered (even though landlady is available, landnonbinary and landgenderqueer are not yet popularized).

We've looked at the QuickBooks Pro Online version but it doesn't have the features we use in the desktop version. 

I am thinking what I might do is install virtual Windows on my Mac using Bootcamp and then get the Quickbooks desktop for PC.

@Clay Couvillon  google sheets are pretty easy to setup and populate across all of your platforms (iphone, ipad, pc) which is a nice feature when your adding stuff on the fly. 

But once they start making those high 6 and 7 figures from guru-ing they have to be more PC.

I find that it's easier to send texts by linking it up with your PC (and if you're a Apple user, I'm sure the process is even easier).

I live in PC and have an STR, so I personally appreciate some regulation.

Hey @Grace A.Closed on a home yesterday, biggest delays one may see is in appraisals or if the appraiser is ok with it, they are doing desktop appraisals.
