@Kelly McClellan I am not defending Engelo and sometimes if customer service is not what you expect then its NEXT.also since Chris has chimed in its well known in the industry that Chris's company is best in class with customer service.I think Engelo in his own way is trying to emulate that on the back end of these deals.

@William Coet,as @Chris Seveney and @Kevin Sobilo mentioned, they very likely are either (A) already diversified, or (B) committed to real estate philosophically, or most likely (C) the tax advantages that come with owning and depreciating property, had done prior 1031 exchanges, etc.

The exercise of tracking it regularly helps to keep it top of mind and it also allows me to see how my plans are working compared to my goals and if I need to make adjustments (I agree with @Chris Clothier that you've got a keep a long-term perspective because real estate investing, like life in general, is a marathon not a sprint).Great question, Allan!
