My wifes house is nearly payed off and we are thinking of buying a new one and doing a live and flip while we rent out our current house... and meanwhile I am really trying to get all the info and contacts so I can pull the trigger on a deal once I find a good one and have the tools to take it down succesfully.

The best find I ever had was a plastic kiddie pool with a built in slide in an old tool shed that was left behind so it definitely beats me.I know most people would advise reinvesting your findings or maybe splurging on something you've always wanted like a car, vacation, trip to space, or a pony.

My main motivation for the membership was probably for the tools, but I think that will come as I get closer to being ready to really start researching my first deal. 

If I had enough extra money after doing other stuff I'd rather do above cars, I'd love to have one of those 4 door jeep wranglers and trick it out to tool around in on the weekends.Nothing wrong with spending money on cars if that is what you are into.

In addition to peace of mind, it's a great tool to use when sending resolutions of unacceptable conditions where you can either get a price discount or a line repair from the seller if the sewer scope shows problems with the line.
