For newer investors, I've found Lima One to be the best bang for the buck among the national lenders. 

It looks like it fits in among the other homes that have been for rent this spring at that price.It's 1.5 miles to downtown. 

If the extermination company balks and says they don't do visits every two months, keep the monthly visits but divide them among the two locations. 

It’s not horrible but it’s borderline.Real estate is among the riskiest forms of investment.  99 percent of people on BP don’t talk about risk at all.

That said, I might sign her up without one if she were here in Georgia, since our time-to-evict is among the shortest in the nation.

That, among the charges directly attributable to the property (appraisals, points, interest, etc, etc) created a big loss for that first year.

I also desire diversity among the REITS themselves (some domestic, some foreign).

Since that thread they have a very negative connotation among the BP crowd.
