I guess if you want to start out, it might be worthy to explore virtual assistant positions as a side hustle for real estate companies - help them gather data, compile customer data, etc.

Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

@Alex Tokmazeyskiy I really like being eXp because of the commission split and amount of trainings in their virtual world platform.

Talk to a virtual lender IE rocket mortage, talk to a big bank IE Wells Fargo or Bofa, then talk to a credit union IE secu.

I figured it made sense for me to work a market virtually w/ this system considering California's market "appreciation" in it's current state and how difficult it seemed to find any deals.

There is an important meeting on 11/23 with the city planning commission (http://yuccavalleyca.iqm2.com/...) that I plan to attend virtually, hopefully there will be some positive information and work done there to get this thing moving in the right direction.

Has anyone used a offshore VA and generated good effects?  If so, do you have any lessons learned?

For virtual meetups, I really like the Seattle Investors Club but more are starting to pop up it seems every week.
