There is a lot that goes into making a pure white paint oddly enough and each company has their own proprietary blends therefor really none will match perfectly.

But I will also admit, it is blended.   

They buy at low cap rate and hope it blends up over time and if everything goes perfect you get a decent return with long exit time.
