The tenant then applied for TLAC rent relief and my eviction filing has since stalled.I called the TLAC program - they do want to provide my tenant with relief but they are severely behind on processing cases.

And the IRS agrees that the state of emergency will disrupt tax filings so they issue a disaster relief extension under Rev Proc 2018-58.  

Prices there, due to accessibility to the military bases around the county, already matched those in San Diego proper; whereas Murrieta and Temecula originally served as relief valves to the high prices of San Diego. 

This is certainly a relief and I will just share my concern with them for the rest of the work.

Or try to get some kind of court relief for imminent destruction of the property, which is what that looks like especially since there's likely no permits pulled or approved.
