I think bright colors work the best.

Add some light/accent color to the porch area.  

I like what they call "thru body color"  so when the tile gets chipped it still looks about the same color. 

We opted to make this a top-line property so we put granite countertops, SS appliances, hardwood floors and all new mechanicals, plumbing, and electrical.All 4 units have identical 2 bed 1 bath layouts but each has a slightly different color scheme in the kitchen and bathroom to appeal to different tenant interests.  

Make sure your phone number is big and stands out in a different color.

I do try to change up each campaign with the message, font, color, etc. to see what helps. 

It's color-coded and easy to identify.

Make sure it is fully functional; VERY clean, including windows and screens; and a fresh coat of interior paint if it is at all tired or multi-colored or just "lumpy".

Hi Anthony,It will look weird if you try to restyle it yourself.It might be wise to talk to an Architect in the area who does SFH work.That way it's more likely that everything will be styled good to the eye and match.You don't want the 1st and second stories looking like flip flops with a tuxedo, or vice versa.Maybe look into Hardy board, and Blue and white really POPs a lot better than beige (but you have to respect the neighborhood styles and colors too).This house is not the same style, but it is an eye popping blue and white.

Would not having many options on these sites be an advantage, or am I looking at this through rose colored glasses?
