I’m looking to purchase a house that’s located on a Main Street.

There is a home across the street that is also rented by officers.

I'll probably just open an account at a bank across the street and have one email go to Chase and the other route to the new bank.Joe

I much prefer a SEC 8 tenant in a sketchy neighborhood or street, because finding someone who both verifiable and reliable income that meets my incomes X rent requirement is tough, and one life bump will cause the rent to go unpaid.  

By Subdivision, I mean a local subdivision with streets, sidewalks, home and commercial building lots.  

In our case, the tenant stayed, and we haven’t had any more drama on the street.  

Home could easily rent for $3,000+.It is the next-to-last house on a quiet street, our lot is next to the home of the person who sold the development back in the 70s  and he kept 20 acres to himself -- so our home's backyard and to the side is 20 acres of woods and trails that won't be developedIn-ground swimming pool with a new pump and pool linerNew water heater, washer and dryer, and full-home water filtration system (all put in just before we moved in)Renovated kitchenExtremely unique "sunroom" that the first owner had custom-built with huge nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.

A lot of people suggest not having too many properties in one LLC also.It may vary by state but a UPS mail box that you rent can be used since it is a street address, not a PO Box, and used as the LLC address.

However, a few streets over and you may end up in a money pit with poor rental prospects.
