Second, mobile home tenants aren't notorious for being stellar tenants.

Our first meeting wasn't terrible but it definitely wasn't stellar with the amount of pushback.As for timelines we planned worst case scenario of 45 days for a refusal letter but we're going on 8 weeks right now which is outrageous. 

They have stellar credit, to boot.

I've been known to lend to lend to people of less than stellar credit, but on an over-collateralized basis.    

I have less than stellar credit and so getting pre-approved is getting harder and harder.

The only downside of CyperWP is that is leaves a white film when it dries which will be seen on dark floors but can be wiped up easily.The CyperWP supposedly has a 3 month residual effect; the NyGuard 7 months.Other customers also speak highly of the liquid product Suspend sold on that site.I've never used DE but it's also sold on that site.Good luck!   

If there we any truth to there being 100 deaths from STR mishaps per year I would say hat's off to the STR industry for a STELLAR safety record.

Hardly personal.Regardless of Stonecrest's stellar reputation, my concerns and cautions to the OP are the same: Buy the properties on her own terms, to use escrow services and purchase title insurance.

None us may like it, but a tenant does have a right to give their keys to anyone as long as that person is not damaging the property or a long term visitor.I do agree the PM isn't doing a stellar job, but a lawsuit?
