Ask your "security guy installer" if his company's Errors and Omission's Policy will cover you based on "security guy installer legal advice" when you are arrested and/or sued for illegally recording conversations without advance consent.

yup totally state specific.. but most agents have E and O and this is clearly and Error and omission that is were I would be going.

Certainly there is room for error on any market pricing tool, but several questions for me remain:1) How can I get a better understanding of the real value of these turnkey properties to make sure I am not paying too much?
