I'm just trying to simplify the argument.Quick edit:  IMO, this country is broken in the sense that working hard and paying cash isn't rewarded anymore.  

Those who just sat tight, held their stocks have been handsomely rewarded as the market went to all-time highs.

He is as genuine as they come when it comes to adding value now where you can and reaping the rewards later.  

I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone with legal expertise who's also of our BP mindset. 

I just wanted to take a moment to say hi to everyone who gets up and fights the good fight by striving to achieve the ultimate reward, getting a deal under contract. 

But once you find a great contractor, you can use them indefinitely in their area of expertise for most all your projects going forward.
