I heard on Fox News this morning that the insurance industry has identified 80 high risk zip codes. 78 of them are in Florida.Back to back Florida hurricanes aren't helping the insurance rates.I also heard on the news several days ago they believe 15% or 18% of Florida residents are planning to move to other states.

The post office has been at this location for 80 years and all of the residents need to pick up their mail from the Post Office, there is no delivery. 

I am also thinking of using a cash out refi on my primary residence along with some cash that I have saved to finance the purchase.
